ForeverBeauty & MirrorMate are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Face Data

Face Data refers to the photos of your face you upload to our system. Users upload photos of their faces from different angles. We collect these photos to analyze your face comprehensively and make recommendations based on your facial features. The different angles we use are the front and side views to ensure complete facial analysis.

1.1 Face Data Collection

When you interact with our Apps, we may collect images of your face that you upload for analysis. This data is collected solely to provide personalized solutions, including skincare recommendations, makeup tutorials, and progress tracking. This data is not used for any other purposes. The face detection process collects the following tags to analyze facial parameters.

1.2 Planned Uses of Face Data

The collected face data is used to:

Provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
Offer tailored skincare and makeup product suggestions.
Enable progress tracking for users monitoring skincare and makeup improvements.

The face data is not shared with third parties for any purposes other than those stated.

1.3 Third-Party Sharing

When an image is sent to a server for analysis by a third party (BrighTex Bio-Photonics or BTBP), it is securely stored on a Google Cloud server located in the USA. The third party uses the data solely for analysis and does not retain the images beyond the permitted time frame.

1.4 Retention Policy

Face data is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the app's personalized services, including:

Progress Tracking: Stored for up to 360 days to allow users to monitor and assess long-term improvements.
Recommendations: Stored temporarily for up to 1 week to ensure timely and relevant suggestions.

Users have complete control over their data and can request its deletion at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, all face data will be permanently removed from our systems within 1 week. If a user deletes their account, all associated face data will be automatically and securely deleted within 1 month.

For detailed insights, users may review each tag used in the analysis process.

This ensures that face data is only stored as long as necessary for the intended functionality while prioritizing user privacy and compliance with best practices.

1.6 Face Scan Data Policy Reference

"Face Data refers to the photos of your face you upload to our system. Users upload photos of their face from different angles. When an image is sent to a server for analysis to a third party (BTBP), it is stored on a Google Cloud server located in the USA. The collected face data is retained only as long as users need to track their progress, and it is deleted within one week upon user request."

2. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email address, face data, recordings, and in-app analytics. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your name and email address will be used exclusively to contact you regarding your use of the app.

Your face data is collected and stored through the optional personalization questions you answer when you first download the app (or update later in your profile). The purpose of this face data is to personalize your experience in the app by providing tutorials, product and color recommendations, and expert advice tailored to your facial features. This data is stored securely and accessed only by the Forever Beauty or MirrorMate team and their authorized partners.

3. Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products such as BTBP) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, usage time and date, and other statistics.

3.1 Our apps collect the following user data to enhance functionality and provide personalized services:

Facial Data: Photos of users' faces taken from full-face angles to analyze facial features and detect parameters such as acne, wrinkles, and other skin conditions. For a detailed list, please refer to our comprehensive "facial tags" documentation.
Device Identifiers: Apple versions(IOS iPhone 15.6 or later) & Android ID (Version 14, 15), and Device ID (e.g., Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, etc). Google Analytics and UXCAM collect these identifiers, including IMEI numbers, to monitor app performance and deliver tailored user experiences.
Log Data: User logs are recorded exclusively for personalization and debugging purposes. UXCAM is used to collect bug or crash reports to ensure a seamless app experience.

3.2 We collect data to:

Provide Personalized Recommendations: Offer tailored skincare solutions, makeup tips, and product suggestions based on user's unique facial features.
Enable Progress Tracking: This allows users to monitor long-term improvements through detailed analyses and visual progress reports.
Analyze Face Anatomy: Detect specific facial parameters to deliver targeted solutions.
Improve App Performance: User's device identifiers and log data to optimize user experience and maintain app functionality.

3.4 Third-Party Involvement

Third-Party SDKs and Services We employ trusted third-party service providers to process user data:

BrighTex Bio-Photonics (BTBP): Handles facial analysis and temporarily stores data on Google Cloud servers in the USA for processing purposes.
OpenAI API: Analyzes specific data tags (e.g., facial parameters) and provides insights directly to users. This process ensures that no data is permanently stored on their servers.

These third-party services are used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable data protection standards.

4. Retention Policy

Face data and other collected information are retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the app's personalized services. The retention periods are as follows:

Progress Tracking Data: Retained for up to 360 days to allow users to monitor and assess improvements over time.
Recommendation Data: Stored temporarily for up to 1 week to ensure relevant suggestions.
Account Data: Deleted automatically within one month after account termination.

Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting us at info@foreverbeautyapp.com. Upon request, all associated data will be permanently removed within one week.

4.1 User Control

We prioritize user control over personal data. Users can:

Request Data Deletion: The user can submit a request to delete all stored data by contacting us via email. Data will be removed within one week. ( MirrorMate & ForeverBeauty)
Monitor Data Usage: We use UXcam to Access information about the types of data collected and how it is used directly through the app.
Control Device Permissions: We provide the user with all instructions to grant permissions to limit data collection.

5. Metadata

Metadata is technical data associated with User Content, such as how, when, and by whom the content was collected and formatted. Users can add Metadata, like hashtags, to their User Content.

6. Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from websites and stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not explicitly use cookies but may include third-party (BTBP) code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse these cookies, but some portions of the Service may be inaccessible if you refuse them.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. Parents or guardians aware of such instances should contact us for prompt action.
