1. Neck Roll

Full Inhale and Exhale.

Roll left ear to the left shoulder while inhaling and roll right ear to the right shoulder while exhaling.

Repeat in the opposite direction.

2. Eagle arms

Swing to the right, so the right hand underneath the left and interlace.

As you inhale, lift the elbows. As you exhale, tuck the elbows.

Swing to the left.

Start lifting and tucking elbow again.
3. Neck Tuck Shiatsu

Inhale and as you exhale, press the thumb against the inner eyes

Inhale and press the palm against the side of the scalp.

Inhale reach your arms overhead, up the mountain and exhale.

Inhale, reach your arms up the mountain and exhale.
