Follow the steps to achieve Dual Eyeshadow Makeup for Hooded Eyes
Step 1:
Take an eye primer and apply it all over your lids.
Step 2:
Hold a flat brush sideways and dip it into a medium to dark shade from an eyeshadow palette. Apply the eyeshadow above your crease to create an illusion of a crease with a higher placement, starting from the outer v to the iris. Then, blend it to the inner corner using a windshield wiper motion.
Step 3:
Apply the same shade above the crease of the other lid and continue blending with a windshield wiper motion to ensure a seamless transition of the shadows.
Step 4:
Take the same color through your lower lid to complete the eye look. Repeat for the other eye.
Step 5:
Hold a flat brush sideways and select a medium color from an eyeshadow palette. Now, very gently touch the flat part of your brush to the inner part of your eyelid. Blend the shadow by making a sweeping motion with the brush along the lid.
Step 6:
Repeat the steps for the other eye.
Rock away with your simple two-toned eye look!
