Step 1 :
Take an eye primer.
Put a drop of primer on the tip of your ring finger.
Warm it by rubbing your ring fingers together.
Apply near your lash line, starting from your nose move toward the outer corner.
Step 2 :
Get your liquid eyeliner.
Mark a dot on the center of your eyelid, just touching the upper eyelashes.
Repeat for the other eye.
Step 3 :
Draw a gradually thickening line from the dot and the upper eyelash toward your outer V using small strokes.
Start at the tear-duct and draw a gradually thickening line toward the center dot using small strokes.
Repeat for the other eye.
Step 4 :
Follow the curve of your lower eyelid.
Mark a dotted half an inch away from the outer V of your eye.
Step 5 :
Draw a line from your outer V to the dot beyond your eye.
Draw a curved line from the dot on the middle of your eyelid to the dot beyond the eye, keeping your natural crease untouched.
Step 6 :
Fill the space between the two lines using the same eyeliner.
Step 7 :
Following the curve, mark a dotted half an inch away from the outer V for the other eye.
Draw a line from your outer V to the dot beyond your eye.
Draw a line from the dot on the middle of your eyelid to the dot beyond your eye.
Step 8 :
Fill the space between the two lines.
